 Casco Antiguo Agave Room Rental Info


  • What is the cost to reserve the Agave Room?  The Agave Room is booked based on a minimum charge, Mon-Sat 1500$.  All purchase go towards the minimum, food, beverage, merch, etc

  • How many guests can Casco Anitguo’s event space accommodate?  Seated the Agave Room accommodates 20-25 guest, 30-35 mingling.  If your party is larger please reach out, we can often find a solution.  We also offer full restaurant buy outs.

  • How do I pre-orders food for my private event? Please see our current catering menu for the latest available family-style food offerings. All food pre-orders must be finalized seven days prior to the event date, and any modifications must be discussed and approved in advance.

  • What are the room setup options? Our private event space can be set up to accommodate both casual and formal events – just let us know what layout you prefer.

  • What services are included in the rental? Reservations includes the use of our private event space and a dedicated serving staff. A wall-mounted television is also available, including an HDMI video-input connection. Any food, beverages, or desserts purchased during your event will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of the event unless you would prefer a different form of payment.

  • What types of events can be accommodated? You name it, we can do it - birthday parties, holiday parties, company parties, team events, baby showers, engagement parties, retirement parties, etc.

  • How long can we rent the space? Reservations are based on 3 hours experience. Please let us know if you’d like to a longer rental, and we will happily accommodate your needs, as our schedule allows.

  • What about outside alcohol? We allow guests to bring in any 750mL bottle of wine or bubbly for a $35-per-bottle corkage fee. We do not allow any other outside beer or liquor in the restaurant.

  • Do you accommodate decorations? If the room is available, we are happy to accommodate any reasonable decorations you’d like to arrange or hang 30 minutes prior to your reservation.  Please no confetti, glitter, etc.  Any decorations that require additional clean-up time beyond the norm will come with an additional 100$ service charge will be added


Parking?   Free parking is available Monday-Friday 5pm-2am, and all-day Saturday & Sunday in all Amazon garages. We will happily validate your parking for diners who park in the Amazon garages during the day

What are the payment, cleaning, and cancellation policies? Any damage requiring additional cleaning or repair will be charged a minimum of $1,000. A $500 fee will be charged for any cancellations less than 72 prior to your event date, and a $1000 fee will be charged for no-shows.
